Warning Signs of a Scam:

• Promising to stop the foreclosure process, regaurdless of your situation
• Collecting fees before providing any services
• Encouraging to lease your home and buy it back over time
• Telling you to make martgage payments directly to the agency instead of your lender
• Offering to fill out paper work for you
• Pressuring you to fill out paperwork that you have not read yet
• Directing you to not contact your lawyer, lender, or your credit/housing counselor
• Demanding that you transfer your property deed or title to the agency
